ANZAC Report Writing

The word ANZAC stands for Australia, New Zealand Army Corps.


Anzac day is a day of remembrance for the soldiers who fought bravely for our country.Its been 100 years since the soldiers fought for us and died.


New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, Ireland, France and India fought in the war.Meat stew' and hard biscuits was a meal that many soldiers ate.


There were 85,000 Turkish soldiers who died, 44,000 soldiers from France who died, 85,000 men from the British who died and 2779 bodies from Australia and New Zealand who died.


The aim for the Australian and New Zealand was to capture dardanelles and clear the path for Bosporus Black sea.
